Oregon's comprehensive license means our RN can delegate the clinical tasks a discharge actually requires, medication administration, wound dressing changes, vitals monitoring, to your parent's caregiver under doctor's orders. A basic-license agency can cook and tidy, but the discharge instructions would still be your job.
