Many of the people who need this website most are older adults, people living with cognitive or physical challenges, and the family members supporting them. Accessibility is not a checkbox for us. It is part of caring for people well.
Our standard
We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That includes readable text sizes and contrast, keyboard navigation, meaningful alternative text for images, and forms that work with screen readers.

We test as we build, but we know we will miss things. If any part of this site is hard for you to read, navigate, or use with assistive technology, please tell us. You will not be bothering anyone. Reports like yours are how we get better.
