About Pasha Health

A family-run home care company. Built on 14 years of dementia care.

Founded in 2024 by Alina Strelnikov, CMA, after 14 years in dementia and Alzheimer's care. We're a young agency built on deep experience, serving seniors and individuals with disabilities across the Salem area, with memory care as the specialty from day one.

Why we exist

We hire people we'd hire to care for our own parents. That's the bar.

Most home care companies are franchises optimized for scale. They turn caregivers over fast, schedule by shift, and treat the relationship like a transaction. That model produces a particular kind of failure: a person you've never met arriving at your mother's door at 9am, with no context for who she is.

We're not built that way. We hire fewer caregivers, pay them more, train them better, and keep them with the same client for years. The cost of that consistency is real. It's the entire product.

Every client is known by name. Every caregiver is carefully matched. Every family feels supported rather than processed. That's not a marketing promise. It's the reason we exist.

Founder

Alina Strelnikov, CMA.

"I knew at the age of 10 years old, I wanted to care for the elderly. My journey began 14 years ago, and since then, I have dedicated myself to serving seniors and individuals with disabilities. At the core of my philosophy is the belief that caring for others is not just a profession, but a calling that I embrace wholeheartedly."

Alina founded Pasha Health in 2024 with 14 years of experience in the work she knows best: dementia and Alzheimer's care. She works closely with each client and their loved ones to create a nurturing environment where they can thrive, and she built the company to be the kind of provider she would want for her own family.

Just rest and let us take care of you.

Who works here

A small team. Most of us have been here a long time.

How we work

Six standards. Non-negotiable.

Background-checked

Background-checked, bonded, and insured before ever entering a client's home.

Dementia-trained

Every caregiver completes dementia-specific training before working with a memory-care client.

Native-language matched

We match caregivers to your parent's primary language, not their second one.

Same-caregiver promise

One caregiver across visits. The routine, the trust, and the safety that consistency produces.

Comprehensive license

Licensed by Oregon as a comprehensive in-home care agency, the highest of the state's three in-home care license classes.

Nurse-delegated care

Our RN trains, delegates, and supervises caregivers per client, so they can handle medical tasks under doctor's orders.

Where we come from

Salem, the Willamette Valley, and the languages our parents spoke.

The Salem area is home to one of Oregon's largest Russian, Ukrainian, and Eastern European populations, plus rapidly growing Somali and Latino communities. Many of those families have aging parents who arrived in the U.S. late in life. By the time care is needed, they often prefer to receive it in the language they grew up with.

We hire from those same communities. It's a hiring philosophy and a service philosophy at the same time.
