Why West Linn is different

A hilly river town, with care on both sides of it.

West Linn climbs from 10 feet at the Willamette River to 743 feet in the hills. The two closest hospitals are Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center, across the Willamette River in Oregon City, and Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center in Tualatin. Bus service between those two cities changed this year. On August 23, 2026, TriMet cut Line 76 service between Meridian Park and Oregon City and eliminated Line 153-Stafford/Salamo. TriMet says those cuts changed the LIFT boundary. Line 35 still runs along Highway 43. So for a parent who no longer drives, door-to-door help matters more here than it used to. Our caregivers can drive clients to appointments and errands.
